Wouldn’t eat and was stomach pressing, not improving with Metacam and Cisaral. Rushed to V-E-T on a weekend night, who finds nothing badly wrong with him. As soon as we’re home he scarfs down his hay and pellets… ππ΅βπ«

First time here on r/bunnyshaming, hope I’m not breaking any rules.
Just had to shame this beautiful, lovely little stinker who just cost me the equivalent of 3 weeks of grocery money. Acting like there’s nothing wrong, and this was all a really funny prank. The vet visit must have scared the crap out of him, though: he’s dropped some picture perfect specimens in the litter box next to me. What stomach problems?! Jeesh, humans just can’t take a joke! π₯²

Yep – we’ve had that happen with our girl. We know the signs of when she’s getting poorly, and we rushed to the emergency vets late at night – even in the waiting room she was not right. As soon as we get on the table in the vet’s room she’s perking up and trying to climb us for safety. She got a thorough exam regardless, full grump and sass as if it’s our fault – no girl… you did this… we just pay for it.
Glad the little goof is okay – now we can point and shame!
