PLS HELP! Worms in the water filter?

Today one of my bunnies didnt greet me when i came home and she didnt have much of an appetite, which is COMPLETELY unusual for her. I separated and quarantined her from her sister and emptied the litter box & washed both of their water fountains.

The second water fountain was filled with these worms, i assume theyre some type of fly or mosquito larvae since the weather was hot this past week. I usually change their filter every 3-4 weeks. Second bun seems fine, and first bun has a little appetite.

I will make the appointment tomorrow (monday) for tuesday and get both of them checked out.

Does anyone have any advice on what to do until then? Im worried sick that either of them might drop dead or refuse to eat. Is there any type of food or juice i could give them to help get rid of parasites if they have them? I checked their poop, its the same as always.

Theyre both acting about the same as always on the energy levels, the appetite is just low but i might be driving myself crazy with paranoia.

NOTE: They also have 2 water bowls i change daily on top of the water fountains that had the worms, and i tossed both of those fountains out. I will stick with bowls & washing them daily FOREVER.

NOTE 2: The bunny with low appetite is eating some bell pepper and nectarine but refusing pellets which she usually loves. Shes eating a few hay strands here and there.
