Not being rude, just one bunny mom to another, but instead of just vacuuming up the poops, try to scoop them up and put them in the litter boxes, it worked for me, I know all rabbits are different, but it teaches them "Oh! I use the bathroom here!". But other than that I love how much you care for your buns!
Are they potty trained yet because my bunnies are trained already after a month of being in our house & doesn’t leave their poop everywhere. They go to their potty box & goes poop & pee there only. I have a hanging ball of hay above the potty box so they can eat a treat after they have finished using their potty. I also recommend cleaning them & combing their fur & cleaning their teeth regularly as well. This is a positive reward for them & they love it very much.
