We thought we were doing a good thing by rescuing a couple of rabbits off the mean streets of Portland, OR. The veterinarian believed the female was spayed…but couldn’t guarantee it. Turns out she wasn’t. This is the result. We found good homes for all but two of the babies. Those two we kept along with the mother. Mom and daughter were eventually spayed, son neutered. Dad went to the Multnomah Animal Shelter and was adopted.
