A bun’s gonna bun. In nature bunnies dig burrows so they have digging instincts which can translate into digging up the carpet. Also if you ever take your bun outside you will see them nibble on most things. He or she is actually being good at being a bunny. However, sometimes neutering a bun will lower their desire to dig-since they aren’t trying so hard to nest. I’d give him a scratch and go get some chewing or digging toys to keep him busy. A box stuffed with hay & toys might help & it’s easy.

I mean, who even put the bed there? It was asking for it
