Bun has seen the vet a few times the past year for eye issues, everything is all taken care of, but the vet mentioned today her teeth were a tad long. Not enough for them to be clipped but she recommended chew toys. I’ve tried multiple things in the past, mostly oxbow brand and nothing really fancied her. I’m a tad wary of other brands. She loves to chew sticks but mainly just chews at the bark and leaves it after that. The vet said compressed hay cubes don’t file teeth down, which is her favorite treat. The kaytee brand has extremely hard cubes and she said even that doesn’t help. Any recommendations for anything would be greatly appreciated, brands and/or anything other picky buns like.
For context; she’s 10 years old, rescued 6 years ago from a closet. Shes free roam and loves cardboard but I worry about her ingesting it. Her government name is Lola but we call her Bun/Bunbun. Shes queen of the castle and overloard of the 3 cats who play by her rules.
