I'm from India and for the last few months, I've been giving my bunny Sherwood Urinary Support, which is really difficult to get in India. The very first time I purchased a sample pack from a genuine seller, it worked like magic for my rabbit's bladder sludge. However, for the last few months, the product has been out of stock from that particular seller. After trying really hard, I got details of a new website where I was surprisingly getting the supplement in stock.
In my previous purchases, I felt that the supplements weren't working like usual, but I still ignored my gut feeling and purchased another package from the same new seller. Today, when I received the product, I could feel, without opening the package, that the tablets were completely crushed. I sensed something unusual and started checking if it was really imported from the US or not. The barcode does match with the company's product. However, I'm not sure, but there's a pre-printed label attached here; the manufacture and expiry date are mentioned with the batch number, and it's also mentioned that it's imported in October 2024.
Now the real problem is, as per my research, the shelf life of these supplements is 1 year. Also, on the pre-printed label, it's mentioned as 2024-2025. But at the front packaging, at the top, there is a stamp printed as an expiry date, which claims its expiry date is in 2027. I'm really confused. Maybe some of you know how the Sherwood Pet Health pre-printed label looks like. It's a humble request to all the bun parents; please go through these pictures and help me figure it out. Though I have already sent a mail to the company, I'm really nervous, hence reaching out to you guys as well.

I think it’s fine. Supplements usually have a longer shelf life than pellets. They import date looks like October 2024 and the expiration date as early 2027 so just over 2 years. That seems reasonable. Do you order them or purchase from a local pet store?
I don’t use them but I have used the oxbox and science selective brand urinary supports in the past.
I agree with the comment that asked if you have taken your bun to an exotic vet to examine sludge. If not take sludge VERY seriously, have a bun with sludge issues
