what breed is Oxygen?

This is Oxygen! He is about 5 months old and about 4lbs. When I adopted him, his breed just said "American", but people have mistaken him for a lionhead due to his funky hairdo. Could he be an American fuzzy lop? or just an American bunny? im just very unsure 🫠
