single bunny, as the title says. how do i differentiate? the other indicators i can find online of loneliness and depression are withdrawal, inactivity, lack of appetite, abnormal litter habits, and destructiveness. these are all fine—he binkies, flops, zooms daily, plays with toys, explores, regularly approaches me for pats and snuggles, climbs all over me with kisses in the morning. when i had an ensuite he would follow me in and either pee with me, or sit guard at the door. i guess i'm worried, is he getting lonely and seeking more attention lately as a result, or are we growing closer after a year together? are there any other signs i can look for?
