Bunny

my bunny ate a toxic plant, what do i do now?

my bunny (4 year old male, 2kg, neutered) got into my flowers and ate around 5cm of the stem of a Chrysanthemum plant; which is toxic to rabbits from what ive read online.

i caught him eating it, i immediately took it out of his mouth. i gave him some pellets that are supposed to help with digestion, stress and so on (we have already used them, never gave us problems and my bunny likes them so he ate them with no problem). he also has hay available 24/7 (like always) and i added a bit of dried roses and digestive mix from a bunny-food specialised farm to encourage him to eat more hay. he also has water available 24/7 from a cat fountain he has had for the past 2 years or so and knows how to use.

i dont know if there’s anything else we can do apart from monitoring him. its only been 20 minutes so im a bit worried symptoms will show up in some hours.

he has an hour or so before his dinner; timothy hay pellets, which idk if i should give him or not.

any help or advice is very very welcomed
