Looking for some advice/experience anyone has with bonding 3 rabbits.
I use to have two sets of bonded male and female rabbits, unfortunately one of the females from one pair died a few months ago leaving with me with a single male and a bonded male and female pair. The male female pair have been bonded for 4+years and I’m now looking to have all 3 of them together. All of them have been spayed/neutered. The single male is a few years younger than the male female pair and all 3 can see and smell each other through the separating fence and have been able to for a while so they at least are aware of each other.
Has anyone had any experience with this? I’ve bonded many rabbits together over the years but never introduced a new rabbit to an existing pair and I’m nervous about if I introduce a new rabbit to the existing pair it may damage their bond and established hierarchy.
