We noticed this on her down stairs area this morning, we put her butt in a little bit of warm water and used a Q-tip to get the stuff out after watching a few YouTube videos. Can some one tell us exactly what we need to do or if we should find a vet. We got some off and I gave her some treats and put her on a little heating bad and she seem normal, she’s able to pee and poop but her genitalia has that stuff on it and it smells very bad.
