My poorly bun boy has needed medicine this week for dermatitis on his neck. It has been a struggle for 4 days, as he absolutely hates the syringe in his mouth. Last night we finally had a breakthrough… put his medicine in a dish with about a thimble worth of pure, pressed apple juice. He yums it up!

I’m glad he’s getting better! This is a serious hack.
The rescue I got my forever foster from showed me putting the meds on top of a tiny dab of applesauce, my mind was blown! This was after fininishing suffering through syringing 4 meds 2-3xs per day for over a week for my other bun ðŸ«

I first read this as “meditation” success by way of using the ASMR and thought “Oh yea, with those slurp squeaks, that could just work”
