Setting up bun run/biting&humping

New bun mom here…
She's been here in her kennel and running around our living room for a month but now Blueberry been upgraded to a fun bun run. I have a few questions…
I have a rug coming to go underneath, but what other things could be added to have some entertainment?

I think the white fence is 18", is she gonna get brave enough and jump it?

I'd like to get her a scratch mat, I know. But I wanna play fantasy bun run and hear about all sorts of cool ideas and toys she'd like.

Is 5×9 enough space and would she be happier being kenneled at night or left to roam? I would prefer to not have the kennel in there so she has less to get in her way if she wants to bounce! But if it will make her feel safer at night I'd be happy to spruce it up and make it cozier?

Also- I signed up for the humane society wait-list to spay her and vaccinate…is there any reason I should try to go to a different vet, money is definitely an issue? She keeps circling me and trying to bite/hump, so I've been trying to correct that with eeping and thumping the ground as well as pushing her head down and away. She responds pretty well to these, but does keep coming back for more…any suggestions there?

Thank you guys!!
