Hello fellow rabbit parents! I am the proud mother of a 5 y/o holland lop named Theodore. I have a vet appointment scheduled for next week, because I found a small red hairless spot under his dewlap, which after doing research, believe is wet dermatitis. It’s not noticeable unless I tilt his head back and pull away the fur, and his eating and drinking is great so I’m not terribly concerned. He dips his whole face in the bowl, even getting his ears wet lol, so it would make sense. He’s used a bowl for his whole life, and currently has a gravity bowl, which we haven’t had any problems in the few years he’s used it but oh well. I will likely get antibiotics at the vet, but I’m hoping for recommendations for a bowl that will prevent him from being able to basically swim in his water bowl? Currently wiping his mouth with a rag every time he drinks- and he’s starting to get too pampered!
Also I sewed him the shirt!!! Hehe.
