i had to clip my sweet girl dottie’s nails today. i just got her a week ago and we bonded right away. she immediately was flopping next to me and binkying when i came into her room. i noticed yesterday that her nails kept getting snagged in the carpet, i don’t believe her previous owner cut her nails at all. im sure i didnt hurt her at all, and made sure to take breaks from the rabbit burrito if she got too wiggly. now, she’s SUPER mad and is totally pouting everytime I come into the room. she’s not super food motivated, but i tried giving her some treats as a reward and she ate some before continuing to turn her back and hide from me. i feel so bad.
