I woke up this morning to my 10 week old rabbit dragging his back legs, I took him to the vet and the vet thinks he has lost feeling and maybe something neurological. No deep pain response. I’ve been given 5 days worth of pain meds and the vet thinks we may need to put him to sleep. He does seem to still be able to move the legs. Has anyone experienced anything like this or have any advice? He’s eating and drinking but not moving much and urinating and pooping where he’s laying when he usually uses the litter box. He is showing signs of neurological issues – he keeps going off to a wall to stare at it. I’m beside myself this is so upsetting, he was completely fine yesterday.
