I don’t understand why my rabbits are ripping all my carpet up. They nibble on the walls which is fine I expect that but they are quite literally ripping huge holes in my carpet. I constantly redirect them but they immediately go back to chewing on the carpet. And it’s not even chewing, they are RIPPING the carpet out, creating huge holes in the floor and I just moved to a new apartment and I’m honestly at my breaking point and considering rehoming. This is their enclosure I don’t know what else I can do for them for them to be happy, I have nurmerous puzzles, sniffle mats, dig box’s. And they play with their toys for 5 minutes before going back to the carpet. I switch out their toys with different ones weekly but it doesn’t matter…. They just go straight for the carpet. I CANNOT do it anymore. I’m very very close to rehoming them both because they are causing me more stress than happiness. And I know bunnies can be stressful to own sometimes but it’s CONSTANT. Please help I’m at my breaking point with these bunnies I’ve tried very hard to make them happy. What am I doing wrong?????
