Someone dumped this poor bunny at a local apartment complex and he has been outside in the freezing weather for at least 5 days. We've got a HavAHart trap set up.
The bottom of the trap is covered in hay and the top is covered in a towel. It's hidden better under that bush. My neighbor has bunnies so we rubbed the towel on one of her bunnies and I even added some poop to the trap to see if that would get him curious enough. No dice so far. It's baited with lettuce, carrots, and some bunny kibble.
We've literally seen this stubborn little jerk sitting right next to the trap, just happily chillin.
What are the smelliest most irresistible treats we can get to bait the trap with?
