hey guys iv just purchased two 8 week old cashmere bunnies both of them are extremely matted especially on their sides where the mats are so close to the skin I can't pull them apart without hurting them. I got them clipped by a groommer but even she couldn't get some of the mats off without the risk of nicking them with the clippers. is there a way to get these mats out? brushing the mats with a slicker bash does nothing to the mat.
