My bunny is about 2 weeks after her spay. I've just realised that she has that little scab like spot on her back. What that may be? Should I take her to the vet? She overall feels just fine, plays with me eats and does all her normal bunny things. She had been on an antibiotic for a week after her spay.

I’d call my vet and/or email them a photo and ask if you should come in.
Yeah you should soak it for 15 minutes 3 to 4 times a day with a hot or warm rag which will allow it to open and drain a little pus. It’s a very tiny abscess or boil. Also, if it starts to spread or get worse go right to a vet.
