I posted here a few days ago looking for advice on how to get the bunnies to use the litter box now that they’re free boys. I have a new problem now, property destruction. I was annoyed with picking up the toilet mess, but I can’t have them eating our leather couch. Is there any way to get them to stop chewing on something they’ve decided is fun to chew on. I have sticks and rubber dog toys out for chewing, which they have found. They’re currently in jail while we await answers.

The best I found is that bunnies are like toddlers that need constant supervision. Our buns are free roam as long as one of us is around to watch them, otherwise they have a large enclosire made up of two large dog x-pens clipped together. But they love to test their limits and try to chew things they know they shouldn’t, our male bunny even binkies away when he knows he’s doing something he isn’t supposed to and gets caught. So advice is to supervise them when roaming, and get them a large bun safe enclosure when no one can watch them.
