Is this Bunny wild or domestic?

I’ve seen this Rabbit outside by my bird feeder recently. I can’t tell if he is domestic or a wild rabbit, he looks chubbier than a wild rabbit and his face is wider. Can anyone help? Do I need to rescue him or is he wild?
