I rescued the sweetest rabbit from this bad home (previous cage posted in the comments) a week ago, but only with the intent to foster. Unfortunately, I cannot afford or house a rabbit long term! Is anyone interested in adopting this sweet boy? He comes with hay, food, blankets, parts of his old cage, treats, and anything else I have for him besides the cage (I would like to use the cage for future rescues)
Toby is really affectionate and sweet. He binkies to the sound of somebody's voice, follows you around the house, and begs for attention every second he can. He will lay down for pets and cuddles anytime, though he does hate being picked up. He is in perfect health besides some sore hocks, and I'm taking him in for his vaccinations as soon as I have the funds (by the end of the week). He is the perfect rabbit.
I'm looking for a home that can provide at least 20 square feet of space, lots of free roam time, plenty of enrichment, and regular fresh veggies in his main diet. Besides this, he needs a neuter, I got the vaccines covered.
Sadly, I can't afford or house him long-term. I need a new home by the end of next month! I'm willing to drive within an hour (maybe farther) of my house to the right person. For my last foster, I drove over an hour because she was the perfect home.
