So I have a Holland Lop bunny, male, (Chippy). I’ve had him for about 3 and a half years. He’s such a sweet boy and very energetic but very loving. I’ve always thought about getting him a buddy. I just wanted to be aware of the precautions and get some tips. If anything, I would get another male, and neuter the new one. (Chippy is already neutered.) I’ve read that neutered males can be introduced slowly in a neutral space over time so that they can start to bond. I really just want him to have company and a friend to play with when i’m not at the house. He does very well with my cat and is very gentle and playful, but the cat is pretty anti-social and just tries to walk away half the time. I feel like he gets lonely sometimes and I really want him to have that bond. Any must-knows or tips about this?
