First one is crying because it's terrified and for the love of all that is bunny stop holding baby rabbits like this. That is a horrible way to hold them. Bunnies will rarely cry unless being scared and if they do, there is something wrong.
In this case you don't hold a baby bunny like that.
Adult one is different, mine can do it if they get stasis or need to treat them and I have to hold or pick them up. They generally don't like this but all bunnies have different personalities.
And lastly, do not WASH your bunnies unless you absolutely need to.
