Is this a rex thing or just a personality quirk?

I’ve never taken care of a rabbit that is as OBSESSED with fabric as this guy. Pillows, couches, blankets, clothes… you name it, he will lick the heck out of it. Is this a normal thing for rex rabbits? Or any rabbit?? 😅
