First thing first, I have a long-time experience with rabbits. I also have a boy that is currently staying at my mother's house while I quarantine this cutie.
She's Yuki, she's more or less 1 year-old, I've found her abandoned on the street last week and rescued her. I'm currently going through the tough experience of giving her all the medicines she needs.
She's extremely clingy and clearly enjoys human interaction, she will stop whatever she's doing to enjoy some cuddles, but aside from getting aggressive when I try to pick her up (which hopefully will stop when I don't need to give her medicines), she has this very bad habit of biting when I pick up the treat box. Interestingly, she knew the noise of treats from day one.
To describe the behaviour: 1) I pick the box up, 2) she instantly runs towards me and starts circling, 3) if she gets anything in front of her face that is not the treat, she will bite it down, including my hand.
She doesn't draw blood at all, she never did, I'm more worried about introducing her to my rabbit eventually if she has this kind of habits around food. She MIGHT be not spayed, but I'm not sure about it because we didn't do a scan yet. I obviously intend to spay her if she's not (which is likely considering she was abandoned), but I'm not sure this kind of behaviour will go away then.
TL;DR: rescue probably-unspayed bunny bites when I give her treats.
