This morning, my beloved baby PepperJack Cheese passed. She'd been having neurological issues, with lameness in her back legs. I consulted our vet, and she said to keep an eye on it. We don't have an emergency vet nearby, and our vet only has the exotic vet in on certain days, so I desperately tried to keep her comfortable by laying her on a pillow with easy access to food and water, and monitoring her. Sadly, she didn't make it, and I buried her in our small flower plot, and plan to plant some veggies in her honor. She was my very first rabbit, and I'm absolutely heartbroken she passed so young💔
