We took in a female dwarf bunny from someone who was moving out of town and it turned out instead of eating it, she kept grabbing mouthfuls of hay and looking for somewhere to place it. We moved her indoors and gave her a nestbox full of shavings and hay and she proceeded to take all the hay out of it and built herself a nest in one of the litterpans instead. She then surprised us one morning with 8 healthy newborn babies. It turns out, she had a companion before we got her and he was a male lionhead. Anyway, the babies turned out to be super cute and as you can see in this video they are beyond adorable at this point.
