The Lionhead Rabbit is a relatively new rabbit breed within the USA. Since the breed is considered to be a fancy breed they belong to the same class as for example, Angora, Himalayan, and the Netherland dwarf rabbits.
The Lionhead Rabbit is available in a lot of unique colors and varieties such as Black, Blue, Blue Eyed White (BEW), Ruby Eyed White (REW) and many more. Lionhead rabbits haven’t been around for a very long time, they are a new breed of rabbits that has been trending in popularity due to their super cute looks. Many people mix up the names of lionhead rabbits since it’s such a new breed and that’s why when you do research on this breed you may see people calling them lion headed rabbits, lion haired rabbits, lion faced rabbits or even lion face rabbit.
